Well I love DS but I will admit it's Sf's red headed brother. I do remember when Sf4 was being planned and talked about they said if Sf4 takes off they'll do a Darkstalkers in the style of Street fighter 4 and well...we got this..

They either need to give us something NEW or something thats not more money than the console you're playing on like a DEFINITIVE collection of SF and DS not the shit they release every anniversary. Something like they did with the MM anniversary collection..one release all the games..ALL like the SF alpha series..why SFA2 gold is like the finding the holy grail is beyond me.

Actually I liked it's more like a running theme with developers. they CLAIM to know what the player base wants...they deliver something from the Bizzaro world then wonder what went wrong. EA, Ubi, BW, Capcom, Konami (really it's that hard to get castlevania right..it's your fucking IP), Nintendo, Blizzard etc.

IP's don't need a reboot the industry does.

@Zeeksie @TheSabi Like Garosa said marketing is about understanding the consumers and well..marketing a product through advertisement to a target audience it's so far away from actual game development. To think that MARKETING is part of DEVELOPMENT, wow..thats like when people think MMO forum mods are Developers/Animators/Modelers/Programers/GMs all wrapped up in one.
