@rscayab That wasn't funny the previous ten times it was posted, and honestly it just makes those who are allegedly outraged about the negatives mentioned in the review seem more insincere and predisposed. Not helping you make the case, at all, unless your point is that you hate women - which is, of course, misogyny.
@lilflipp To be fair, South Park is always quite clear about how they feel about any given issue, and it comes out through their story lines and dialogue (ex "You know, I learned something today.)" I believe what the reviewer is saying is that she didn't see any viewpoint being expressed, she just saw what she deemed misogyny, without a clear reason for it being there beyond exploitation. We'll all know when we play the whole game how we feel about it in context, but I think she was pretty clear about how she saw it.
@bluefox755 You have to admit it's a bit silly when you have to start dragging in stoning in the middle east over a 9/10 game review. You guys are trying soooo hard.
@Shad0wG0d Yes, because this is exactly like the Nazis. Face it, some people see Nazis in everything they don't agree with, but never see them when it's their viewpoint being rallied.
@Shad0wG0d @billlabowski Considering this same contingent has been pushing a petition to get the reviewer fired, I'd love you to explain how that isn't a form of banning and a need for uniformity of opinion. It's not liberals posting that stuff, but you're right behind it, I'm sure.
@blueinheaven I think the worst thing Rockstar could possibly do is take sides and make an issue out of a single game getting a 9/10. I don't think they want to be in a position of having to defend the controversial aspects of their game any more than they have to. And they'll be rolling in millions regardless.
