@alex597 I absolutely agree. I love my FPS being at 60+ frames per sec. Thats when I start to climb to top of my team. But without those frames, Its not worth it. BF3 at maximum with full server runs at 60+ frames. Someone in sony has definitely been slacking.

"Inconsistent technical performance"

When I first installed PS2, some programming idiot set view distance to 99999. My friends still laugh at that. Now I heard that its being installed with view distance 0. Same thing but forces PS2 to decide view distance on the fly.

@CUDGEdave It depends on what computer you are using. Some brand graphics cards have problems. These cards run Battlefield 3 on max graphics real smoothly with full servers and big explosions happening.

BUT for some reason Planetside 2 lags like a b**** at spawn on the same system with just 20 ish people running around.

You can ask plenty of gamers who build their own computers with specs designed for modern games. Half say that PS2 runs perfect. The other half condemn the game.

@simon1812 Never had problems with it. The game is so big that the guy who team killed you(or vice versa) get lost in the crowd. But 'apperently' if you team kill someone/anyone enough times the game will stop you from firing a shot. I have no idea cos it doesnt happen to me. I have team killed people by accident. Ussually by running them over by accident.

Best new experience Ive had is to never stand in front or behind a vehicle. I always watch the road before crossing. Its a different experience in such a game.
