This franchise's key (poop-inducing) moments were always the boss battles. I do actually like to the concept of randomly exploring and finding yourself face-to-face(s) with some kind of hideous beast... regardless, I am REALLY looking forward to this. The last game was SUCH a staggeringly (unexpectedly for me!) awesome piece of action
this is what horrifies me for ANY "always online to play single player campaign" game. once a customer has purchased a game package (especially in the context of a single player campaign, with no interaction or threat to other players), it should be theirs to do with as they please. I would understand bans for multiplayer interaction exploitation and cheats, but to be banned from a game you have paid full price for and intend to play on your own, with no short of far reaching consequences to other players / customers, No.
I'm glad I hadn't invested in this game. the "always online" prerequisite it's self had put me off. Guess this means I'll be avoiding the xbox release as well.
this could possibly be utterly superb. I'd personally do-away with the third person perspective and literally turn this into Battlefield Star Wars. I will be eagerly awaiting more news on this potentially wonderful game.
@3nd_Of_The_Lin3 it's just so frigging insulting to conceive some kind of absentee morality caretaker shaking their finger at you insisting their censorship "is for your own good, and for the standards of a nation"... Pfft... I'm sure you'd witness far greater implied acts of suggested sexual violence and drug taking, walking into the local pub in the finals of a rugby world cup! but again. Not my place to rant. just frigging annoying
