I hope this review is what got Tom fired. It's a perfect example of why he deserved it.

@simsumre @thaddusbly I can show tons of terrible reviews from Tom. His absolutely wretched "editorials" are what was probably his undoing though. The whole "indie is undefinable" and "games caused a shooting" idiocy and so on and so forth.

@AnimeNutJill @simsumre Professional reviewers are supposed to be objective.

Professional reviewers are NOT people who just write their opinions.

A professional reviewer's job is to tell me whether or not *I* will like the game and whether it is worth my money, NOT whether they liked the game or not.

Carolyn is just another person in the swarm of terrible reviewers who couldn't separate her own bias and agenda from whether or not a game was good.

@simsumre @Thanatos2k @illage2 Tom was crap. Doing mental gymnastics so every game is a 8 isn't conducive to good reviewing.

Plus Tom's "inspiring" editorials were beyond garbage.

@illage2 If anything, it's because they are terrible reviewers. Being bad at your job often leads to such things.

Hopefully this review was just the last straw in a series of agenda driven drivel.
