Half Life is what saved PC FPS from dying, before this, it was all find the key, open the door, repeat. It brought a story into FPS games. That wasn't a new innovation , but with the entire game played from your point if view, and no cut scenes, it was very good. I real classic. This honor is more than overdue.

Not a chance Ill use this. Why bother? Granted, some people are going to cheap out on Vista and run it on old hardware, but I wont. Besides, I have ZERO intention of getting Vista until next year. When most of bugs are out of the way

DX 10 is BRAND NEW, its built into windows vista. DX9 boards MAY work on it, but you wont see teh full features of it. But it s up to microsoft to make it happen.

Great list. SMB3 was always my personal favroite on that system, but RC Proam was a very close second for me.
