I don't have strong opinion one way or the other. There's a bunch of people making a bunch of money and they are trying to figure out how to divide it among themselves. I have no idea, nor do I care that much. I'm sure they will figure it out...
The old parkour system wasn't that fun either tbh. I understand they want to keep it simple but that also means there is a lack of interactivity. You don't really do anything, it's all pretty much automatic. I like the inclussion of the tipping pole (whatever it's called) and I hope there will be more stuff like that in the game. Still automatic, but at least it breaks up the monotony a bit.
Hope it will turns out well, but I'm slightly concerned about parts of the announcement. First that it has the same lead as the mordor games. Secondly this formulation:
"Our mission is to build an expansive and reactive world that empowers players to experience what it is like to take on the mantle of Wakanda's protector, the Black Panther"
These two things make me think it may be a tedious open world type of game. We'll see...
Haven't thought of it, think it is a valid concern. I can see it being a scrapped feature. For the main campaign it probably won't matter much. But for free exploration it could be a bit of a bummer.
