Hello, a little problem has just occured with uncharted, that is as i play the game, lots of black squares keep flashing randomly across the screen during play, though not during the cinematics, and am unsure if there is a away to fix this issue. Now i am sure that this happened once before, however i cannot remember what happened to resolve it. Its worth saying also that when i play Uncharted 2, very, very occasionally there are little blue flashes. Now i did think that it could be my PS3, however i checked God of War 3, Infamous 1, 2, and Festival of Blood, Killzone 2 and 3, as well Heavy Rain, each of these work without any issues at all. So any help is greatly appreciated. thanks. :)
hello, i've recently upgraded to a new 360 console, and want to transfer my content licence over to the new machine, now i've selected the licence content option on both xbox.com and directly from the option on the 360 itself, in both cases it asks my to redownload all the content. Now i am a rather heavy user and have alot of content, over 100 GB of content heavy. But its unclear if i have to manually delete the existing content and then download again from the download history. Or can i just select the download option with the content still on the hard-drive, that will just update the licence. If any one can clear up my confusion it'd be much appreciated. Spookhouse
it shouldnt be the disc, i've had it nearly 8 months, completed the game once with it, this was my second play through. I first noticed the glitch it last night, and tried again this morning, which was a good 10 hours of the machine shut down so even if it were running hot last night, i had been playing Pacific Rift/Killzone for a time, this morning that should have fixed it wouldnt it? (additionally the machine is well vented, standing on a shelf). In any case wil try new game. On a related subject will all the "treasures" i've collected this play through remain, or will they reset since there is no game complete data?
I've a problem with my copy of Uncharted. Basically i've tried to play it, and loads of black squares keep flickering across the screen. I've no idea what has caused this, the Uncharted disc is in perfect condition, and worked the other day. (it was the Chapter 18 Bunker level, if that helps). I have tried to restart the game to an earlier chapter, but that didnt help. My PS3 has the latest updates, i've checked that the HDMI is secure. I've also checked my other PS3 games all which work as they should. The only change to my PS3 thats happened before it stopped working was when i downloaded the 1.29 patch for killzone 2, however i did uninstall that patch, but still no improvement. Its possible that the save game has been corrupted, but i'd prefer not to restrart the game if at all possible, any suggestions would be appreciated. Spooky
i have tried a system restore, but like the attempt repair option, doesnt do anything. also there is not the option of a safe mode boot, only attempt repair or start windows normally.
i've got a big problem with my PC (its a Dell Dimention 9200, running Windows Vista Premium), the other morning it was using it, left it for about an hour, when i came back, the screen was blank like in standby mode, tried to restart it, but didnt respond. I then attempted to restart, it went to a status screen with the options to repair the problem, or start windows normally. If i try to start windows normally it seems to work, but then goes to a blank screen. if i choose the attempt repair option, it goes through a recovery process, but each time it says failed to resolve the issue. if there is any help anyone can give, or suggest a good PC repair website it be appreciated. heya, i have a massive problem on last Saturday, an optional update, was downloaded and installed, the IDT - Audio - IDT High Definition Audio CODEC, however since then i have no sound, at all. infact it says there is "No audio Output Device Installed", i've checked the Device Manager, and the sound sub-menu is highlighted, in the properities window, it says "This Device Cannot Start. (CODE 10)" It suggest clicking the check for solutions tab, but that doesnt seem to do anything, I've tried to both update the drivers and roll back the drivers, in both cases failed to do anything, I have tried a system restore to before the Optional Update but again that didnt do anything. I really need some help, if anyone can. Spooky.
