I prefer them to take their time to make this game the best it can be. By then, I would have also upgraded my aging GTX 970 G1 SLI for the GTX 1080 Ti (If released in late 2016 or the GTX 1180 Ti if released in 2017). By then the 1080 Ti or the 1180 Ti will be great for 4k gaming in SLI.
Looks like these Online only updates are to combat piracy because, let's be real, I bet thousands that attend this site and complain are the ones that pirated this game. GTA V is one of the most pirated games recently besides Fallout 4.......That will be the future if piracy continues to be a problem which it will be.....

They are correct (Microsoft), it's indeed backwards compatibility via software emulation because one is simply inserting their original 360 game disk you numbnuts. Just because it has to download the recompiled game/patch at first to function on the One doesn't discount the One having true backwards compatibility because it doesn't have *Hardware* based backwards compatibility.......This is just *Software* based backwards compatibility. Microsoft also can't release all the games at once because they actually have something called "licensing agreements" with the all the gaming developers and must get their permission first for trivial things such as the background music of a menu screen for example before they can release it on the One...........This isn't me defending Microsoft like a rabid "fanboy", I'm just simply explaining the actual terminology used to describe these functions we're speaking of instead of that ignorance that falls out of your mouth. You can keep spouting your nonsense and I'll just continue laughing at you clown. Good day.
One last thing, this function is free for One users that simply insert the supported games so far unlike your *Ported* PS2 games. It's being sold for the 3rd time to you despite you owning the actual PS2 disc and a license for the PS3 digital version too......
@Adam802: Um, this isn't BC like you think it is, the proper terminology is a PS2 "Port", big difference between both. BC means you can insert the original disk, download a patch and then play whenever you want for free just simply inserting the 360 disk inside your One console vs buying a $15 port despite you already owning the original PS2 disk and the PS3 license because those don't transfer either.......

@MAXTHUNDER99: There's nothing special about Trophies when they cost $15 for an old game that you may already own with no postprocessing....just mere resolution change and cap the frames per second to 30 or 60......
