Couldn't play through this game.. too much unskippable dialogue and most of it was not worth listenign to. The online mode was decent however but it didn't last long.
not surprised. The melee combat just looks like a QTE event.. Which is going to get old quickly. And the rest of the gameplay is dated. They should've just stuck to making a good survival horror game instead of a Sekiro/RE4 remake in space.
If Valve didn't have this rule in place then every other platform will use Valve as a means to make their own platform look superior. As they can just put their game's on Steam for $60 and then sell the game on their own platform for cheaper. Hence effectively making Steam look more expensive.
@psychomantisiii: So what is considered complex or overly ambitious. Because having a large open city the size of Night City with seamless transitioning from exterior to interior I would say is pretty ambitious. I mean you can drive through the city and hop off a vehicle.. Walk into an apartment block with no loading screen. Walk into an apartment and see the vehicle you were just driving from one of the windows. But according to you is this is not complex for open world design.. So I guess my question would be what is complex?
What makes me laugh about haters is that you lot don't even take a logical view of the situation. If you're on a PS4 you have to consider that you just shouldn't be playing this game on that console in the first place. This game should not be running on a 8 year old console. So you can either take the approach that you're glad that CDP got it to run on your eight year old hardware or take another approach where you're dissatisfied that it doesn't run properly. But to be honest it's not supposed to run properly on a PS4 and probably never will. You can blame CDP, it's definitely partly their fault. . But it's also your fault, because you're trying to run a modern video game on a out of date console. You could've pre-ordered a ps5 or bought a PC instead.
