@Tiwill44: What nonsense? A flop means a commercial failure lol. What we are making up our definitions to suit our reality lol?
This straight out of an example from the dictionary:
Her first book flopped, but her second became a bestseller.
Cyberpunk was never EVER a bad game as measure of evidence you could go on and see the close 400,000 positive reviews on steam or 86 Metacritic score or the current topping of Ps4 download charts or the US$563 million in total sales revenue. Lets not lower our IQ.
The problem was that CD project red was being totally dishonest about their ability of their game to be played on older and non pc systems as well as followed badly the Industry gaming and software trend of the last decade to ship it and fix it later.
@dabuzzer: I agree this was a pretty good game once you can get past on the losers who never played it telling you its bad. I know people who consider this game in their top 10. But everyone is a social media jihadist, you have to hate the same things they hate, make fun of the same things they make fun of. Like the NPCs for e.g in this game are basically the same as witcher noone complained there. There are definitely several areas that CD promised and underdelivered (like choice) but it was great game and on PC I had no issues except one crash. Even on Steam is overwhelmingly positive, I can't wait for the DLC.
@mrbojangles25: Cyberpunk was a VERY good game. The issue was the bugs. People nail the game who have not played it. My heart goes out to the developers on Cyberpunk because if you read glassdoor reviews their management is a political mess with no direction, vindictiveness, and dishing out low pay.
