Nah I doubt it. Though I would laugh if someone came up to a stranger playing the Vita and said "Ew you have a Vita? Did you know it's not selling well?"tagyhag

Lol yeah I have never seen that either. But on PSN I was talking to a guy on there and I told him I got a 3DS and he told me I was a traitor to Sony lol.

[QUOTE="DroidPhysX"] Yeah, no. The next generation of young voters aren't going to sponsor state controlled theocracies where gays have no rights and their pell grants get stripped away from them. The GOP is getting weaker, not stronger. Unless they change their social policy at the very least, gerrymandering is their last option of political survival.chessmaster1989

Most young people vote Democrat because they don't know any better.

"If you're not a liberal when you're 20 you have no heart, if you're not a conservative when you're 40 you have no brain"-Winston Churchill

The parties arn't static and I expect them to change over time (if I had it my way they would both be dead), but people's views also change as they get older as well. When the people who used to be 20 year old college kids get to be older many of them will start to get more conservative and vote GOP. This is how life works.

Conservatives are not going anywhere, sorry. Neither social or economic. Maybe in OT lawlaw fantasy land, but this is a bit of a fringe community at best on the internet.

Economic conservatism isn't (and shouldn't be) going anywhere. Perhaps it is a fantasy, but the sooner social conservatism dies out, the better.

That's your opinion, in mine I think some social conservative values should stay. They promote good family values which are the bedrock of a good society.

[QUOTE="DroidPhysX"] Generalizing young people? And this is right after whining about generalizations. gj. Also, they vote Democrat because when it comes to social issues, the Democrats nominate liberal friendly federal judges were conform to the social views of young people.DroidPhysX

It's not a generalization, it's the truth. People who are young tend to have very little real life experience, our whole lives are based around college and whatnot. When you get out and start working, getting a family, trying to live etc...your views start to change. Both economic and social.

No, I think it's a generalization. Also, people don't get more social conservative as they grow older. If that were true, gay marriage ratings wouldnt at record highs. Unless of course they started over sampling 18 year olds. But it's okay, I hope you're here when the Supreme Court inflicts mass butt hurt to social conservatives every where in their gay marriage cases.

You are obviously missing the point. You don't seem to want a discussion, you just want to reaffirm your beliefs (or at least you seek the favor of what people on OT think). So seeing as how this will go no where I can see it's a waste of my time talking to you. To each their own.

I have been playing Halo 4 with my friend in split screen, playing multiplayer with him and even though 360 is not my preferred platform, and I think there are better shooters than Halo, I still enjoyed it. Judging by how people on here act I'm curious as to what they would do if they were in a similar scenario, do you get mad and leave the house becasue it's Game X is an exclusive game to System Y? Or do you just play it and try to enjoy it with your friends?

I wouldn't mind if Nintendo did go 3rd party, honestly I belive it would be for the best. While I believe all competition is good, it doesn't really seem like Nintendo is really "competing" with Sony and MS. They are off in their own niche market, one that seems to have lost it's steam.

If they did go 3rd party they could make their great games on the more powerful systems, which in turn would make for some fantastic experiences. But I don't really care, I'm still getting a Wii U and I am very happy with my 3DS (even though I only have one game for it atm).

The PS3 plays the best games to me. That is why it's successful.

Not surprising to see this thread is full or sweeping generalizations about Republicans and Conservatives, just another day from the ignorant lefty base that is OT.

I personally do not care about the GOP, it can die off along with the Democrats as well. The party of Lincoln no longer exists, but I highly doubt this link from the Huffington Post. Like it or not, but the GOP still has a very large voter base, and conservatives are getting stronger than ever. I seriously doubt that liberals will have an easy time winning the next election.

One thing though that the Republican party needs to do (and this is coming from someone who has many conservative views) is they need to rebrand themselves a bit, at least stop being so extreme. They shouldn't alienate themselves to only the far right, allow people to be in the party who may have different views on some issues.

EDIT: Also one thing Conservatives REALLY need to do is become a bigger spotlight in the media. You would be surprised at how many idiots vote or change thier views based off of what some Hollywood liberal idoit says. Conservatives are misrepresented in the media, they need to get in there and make themselves heard. The far left does it, why would it be wrong for Conservatives to do the same?

Well with Wii-U I am looking forward to Zelda Wind Waker remake, I'm sure they will show more stuff at E3. As for Xbox, nothing really exclusive but it's getting GTA 5 just like PS3 so that's one (even though I'm getting it for PS3).

But the next Xbox is coming out this year so and MS doesnt' have as strong of a 1st party as Sony does, so it makes since as to why they have less games. However this does not mean the Xbox has a bad library or that there won't be new IP's for the next system.
