To say I'm simply intrigued is an understatment. I don't know how it plays. I don't really know what the story is about. I don't know what relation it has to the other games. Hell, I don't even know if this is coming to the west. All I know is, I want to know more about it. I honestly can't remember the last time I was this curious about a new game, and the suspense is killing me.

Judging from a lot of these responses, I have a different understanding of what an adventure game is. For any platform it has to be Full Throtle (Ripburger for greatest villain!), on PS3 probably Sam and Max Season 3.

I think Steam usually updates at 10:00 AM Pacific (GMT -8). So about another 11 hours at the time of this post.

Lord of the Rings Online is going free soon and is great. If you can convince a few friends to play together you could also try Dungeons and Dragons Online to hold you over until then. Guild Wars isn't bad, there's no subscription and you can get all three games for $40 or just vanilla GW for ~$10 off Amazon.

City of Heroes/Villains isn't bad and they have a new expansion pack coming out soon, there's a trial for it on their website.

Mystical Ninja Staring Goemon was pretty fun. It's similar to Super Mario 64, but much crazier and a little more focus on combat and exploration. They also came out with a sequal called Goemon's Great Adventure, though I never played it. Be warned though, it's incredibly Japanese-y.

Conker's Bad Fur Day is good, so is Rayman 2.

Killer Instinct Gold is a solid fighting game as well, that's all that comes to mind.

This man is a genius. Glad to see I'm not the only one who wants to see a sequal/remake.

  • There are a select few, but generally I hate RPGs. Exceptions are Persona and Mass Effect.
  • I like the 3D Mortal Kombat games. I think there are a lot of better fighting games available, but they aren't nearly as bad as people say.
  • SSB:Brawl is better than SSB:Melee and is the greatest fighter ever created.
  • I liked GTA IV (lots of hate in the topic).
  • The Wii is just as good as 360/PS3.
  • God Hand is not nearly as good as people say it is. It's competent but repetitive as hell.
  • Final Fantasy 7 was incredibly boring.

I've only played The Secret Armory of General Knoxx, but I've heard that The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned is good, and that Mad Moxxi is fairly bad. General Knoxx itself is fun and decent length, and lets you try out a few new vehicles, which makes it a great buy by itself, plus it raises the level cap to 61. All 3 are bundled today only on Steam for only $10, which is definately worth it!

From my understanding, when pokemon are in the pokewalker they don't evolve or learn new moves. I would think they would just evolve at the next level as long as they aren't in the pokewalker, but not 100% sure.
