Just watched the trailer for the CE. Yeah, I'm pretty sure the character and mission is the usual buy the game new incentive. We pretty much already did this whole song and dance all the way back with the DA:O CE. If something isn't described as exclusive, it isn't exclusive. For quick reference, the only things in that video that weren't described as exclusive were the bonus character/mission, the N7 Patch, limited edition comic and the digital soundtrack. Of this list, only the bonus character/mission makes a good "buy the game new" incentive.
On a somewhat sidenote, saw a glance of the ME3 Jack/Subject Zero. Love her new ponytail ^,^
Yes, both sets of trophies will appear in your trophy list. PS Vita trophies will have a small "PSVita" subtitle on their names from the picture I've seen of the Vita's trophy list.
Depends entirely on how EA handled it. If they only shipped enough Limited Editions to cover preorders, then no. If they just shipped a certain amount of limited editions, then there's a chance but no guarantees.
Wonder when they are going to reveal the launch titles for NA. I'm probably going to get it launch-ish but we'll see
Soo... are PSP Vita games different than regular PSP games? :? As in, can I play PSP games on a PSP Vita.

If it's the digital version of the PSP game, then you can play it on your Vita. If it's UMD, then no. Though apparently Sony is planning some way of buying the digital version for cheap in these cases. Don't know much about that though
