Honestly... I don't give much thought to cases. I bought a SX1030b about 9 years ago, and I don't plan on ever needing to buy another unless the ATX design becomes scrapped.

Yeah, I'm probably just getting to caught up with the deal, thanks a lot, you saved me some money.

Is there any other hardware in your system that you might want to upgrade?

Not really,I'm thinking I might add a side fan but the hardware it's self is still new and giving me no problems. Also this window mod would be sweet. http://www.casemodblog.com/?p=308A bit pricey, though I don't have the materials myself.

Pretty good deal I think, I don't think it being refurbished would be a big deal, sometimes prebuilts can be a nice deal!:D

UltimateGamer95
I'd never buy a refurb, especially when it's pre-built. Do you need a new rig or something? Ultimate would be glad to build you one ;)

um no, I'm just showing a great deal I found.

The connector on my PSU appears to be missing a pin, is this normal?

Also - my GPU uses DVI, but my monitor (which has a DVI port) came with a VGA cable only. Will I need to get a DVI cable to use it?

P.S. - I may add more questions to this thread in the future, so if you're willing to help me, please scroll down to look for any more questions.

If the 24 pin connector(main power connector) is missing a pin that's normal.

That can't play Crysis on max :P At least not over 1440x900...

I beg to differ. Perhaps it's not the best 4890 available, But I watch my roomy play maxxed out Crysis all the time on 2048X1152 resolution. I play maxed out Crysis @1920x1080 res. with my HD 4870, I just cant have AA on, which is almost unnecessary at all at max settings anyway.

Besides, it not having a big overclock this card is a beast(one of the best 4890s), it has a custom cooler so it's quieter and cooler, I have the oc version of it(they don't sell it anymore) and it easily maxes crysis oh and a 4890>GTX 260.
