Hi fellow gamers.

My sister and I are looking for an old psx game.

It was sort of a minigame where you flew a (what we called) rocket that was shaped as a triangle and you could fire bullets and other special weapons. The game was 2D and graphicly poor. Not a lot of colors. There were different levels and you could play time attack or multiplayer deathmatch. When you would speed up, the craft would keep moving in the same direction as your last boost. This would make for some very hilarious gameplay.

During time attack the idea was to land at a specific spot without crashing within a set time. Kind of like Moonlander, but crappier.

It must have been one of the earliest games on psx I think.

Anyone have a clue? We've been looking for ages! :(

Thanks in advance !

But how is that possible?? It's just a couple of months old! I know it is really bad for my computer but what can I do? And why does it sometimes work and sometimes not? I find it really odd... I just my pc 60% of my daytime. I can't deal with a malfunction like this! If it really is broken, then they make some sh*tty stuff! Sorry but I'm really mad. I spent more than 2500$ on my new rig and now my watercooler fails?? Thats b*llsh*t.

So I guess the only thing left to do is to contact the manufacturer right?

I hate this...

I removed the side panel of my pc, and after that, actually did nothing... But right now the CPU fan that in my picture reads 0RPM, is now reading 2000RMP. But really I don't understand, cause all my fans were always working so... It was never at 0rpm. Anyway, my pc is cool right now. At around 40Ā°C.

So I think my problem is "solved". But if anybody still has some valuable input, please let me know.

Thx!

Fellow gamers & hardware freaks,

I have a serious problem. About half a year ago I built a gaming pc with no troubles at all. Everything worked fine.

The last couple of days it has been pretty hot outside. Around 30Ā°C . And now my CPU is overheating and my system is shutting down! I really don't understand... The computer has 5 coolers in it, and my CPU is water cooled by a Seidon 120V Cooler Master.

Every fan is working, atleast as I can see. I really don't know what the problem is, but the situation is so bad that when I even start my PC, it starts overheating immediately. Becoming extremely slow and finally shutting itself down.

Can someone help me?

Thank you!

Alright thx. Yeah I was thinking about changing the ssd's. More logical to have just one 500gb. And maybe I'll add an hdd.

For the cooling, I'll change to the seidon 120V one.

Alright, then I think I'll place my order in the next couple of days!

Ok, so then I should get 16 gb? 4 x 4gb right? Crucial Ballistix Sport (DDR4-2400 , CAS 16) I know it is more expensive and I'll probably won't need it right away, but I've already put the money aside and probably gonna buy more ram soon anyway. Is there really a difference that I'll notice between CAS 15 and CAS 16? The one @PredatorRules suggested in the second post (G.Skills) has DDR4-2400 CAS 15, but is +-60 $ more.

I'll do some extra research on the cooler.

Almost done! :-)

Alright. I think I'll go for the Zalman Z11 plus : http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/zalman-case-z11plus Good choice? 2 80mm fans in the side panel, place for 2 140mm fans in the top and one 140mm in the bottom. And one front fan with led. (Does anyone know if it has dust filters?) I think it also has good cablemanagement.

Can I turn the led off? I'm planning on adding RGB led lights with a controller to change the colors...

So to add to the list:

-Zalman Z11 Plus

-Crucial Ballistix Sport (1x8GB) or Crucial Ballistix Sport (2 x 4GB) [What is better? One card or two cards?]
(How about the Ram brand? Crucial good enough? Or ripjaws better or...)

-For the cooling I was thinking about: IntelĀ® Thermal Solution BXSTS200C, Active CPU cooler

One GTX 970 is enough to start with right... Then I can always buy a second one. 8 GB ram will get me started pretty well, and I can always add more. Although I'm still thinking about putting in 16 GB at the start. The processor is a good choice right? As no one said anything about that. :) The MB is out of stock right now, but I can check other sites for that...

Then I still need an SSD, HDD and some extra fans. And a DVD writer. That's about it correct? Oh yeah and an operating System. Really looking forward to putting this rig together. Anything special I should know about assembly?
