I have succesfully made it so that my PC is now sharing all its media files with my PS3. Unfortunately, every time I access these files, everything becomes painfully slow. The media takes a long time to begin playing and during this time, I get error messages. When it finally starts playing, it frequently freezes, then starts, the freezes, rinse, repeat. All this glitching makes this once cool feature barely worth the effort. Is there any way to make the media sharing run smoothly?
If you have a wireless router, the 60g and 80g PS3s have built in wifi. There needs to be a wirless network in the vicinity though, the internet doesn't just float around in the sky.
I think you just expect too much form the DS. Like fiscope said, it's not that powerful. If you want to be impessed, you should probnably look elsewhere.
