@Geminon @beuneus12 My new top spec pc says i want to spend my money on something more impressive than 3D which i avoid in the cinema & don't want in my house
Rune system was better before, Being a Rogue is better in 2, Mage fun in both. World looks better now but there was more varied [and less cheap re-use of ] areas in orrigins. I don't like that you can't change allys armour. Love the characers. Love the ability trees. The conversations are as good as ever. Still a good story. all in all it's a really good game that i only take points away from because it lacks some great bits from the last game. I'd Rate it maybe half a point less than DA:O
I don't even like 3D films. I hate the idea personally but more power to anyone who is on board with it. Just PLEASE have an alternative because i do not want to be left out of a new awesome game just because 3D gives me a headache
@crazy1raider colour/contrast can be altered enough on your tv to negate that difference. the only real difference in the pictures seems to be the number of corpses you get on the Xbox version ; )
great article. I think a game with a morality system like Fallout3 would benefit greatly from more varied alignments. Actions move you from hero to villain & have some slight effects but if it could incorporate more levels to it, like say the alignments in games like NeverWinterNights. Chatotic/Lawful - Good/Evil - Truly Neutral & other combinations there of could result in changes to other characters as well such as choosing to kill some one could result in a team member getting killed & replaced or picking a sneaky way into a building rather than bursting in would take longer but some one who was in the building may survive as a result & appear later in the game with quests or a unique item. The choices should change the way the game plays around you so that if you play a second time with different choices it will be a noticeably different experience.
360 & Ps3 look pretty much the same, only noticeable change from pic to pic is brightness & contrast ( changed on a tv anyway) but the PC one is much smoother looking but i know my lap top will not run it with out problems. How the game plays is the important part though. I'll be getting it on 360, Mate of mine is a Ps3 gamer so he'll likely have that... all we need is some one with a top notch PC to get it too & i can really compare =3
