Joe Biden won by default on the merits of "The election is less than 2 weeks away and this was Trumps last best chance to try and turn things around". He needs almost all of the current undecided voters to flock to him and he needs to peel away some of Joe's current supporters too. Absolutely nothing in this debate would do either of those things.

Biden lying on fracking or the hunter biden "story" would maybe actually count for something if his opponent was literally anyone other than Trump. I literally cannot imagine a worse person to try pushing a "nepotism is bad!" against Biden than Donald Trump.

You're completely right, but also, like, that's not actually *THAT* much time for Trump to try turning this around. Like, maybe of COVID just magically became dramatically better very quickly and the BLM protesters get most of the reforms they want and go home, but neither of those are likely to happen and even just one of these X factors can still probably keep Biden up +8.

Frame rate and power are only ever a problem when the less powerful console ends up being the more expensive one; i.e. XB1 vs PS4 at launch. People don't give two flying shits when the weaker console is priced appropriately, i.e. 360 vs PS3 or PS2 vs Xbox original.

I'm pretty sure Horizon Zero Dawn didn't have a single pre-rendered CGI cutscene that didn't just use normal in-game assets, so it would be kind of out of character for any of Horizon Forbidden Wests's screenshots to be bullshitified. Also IIRC Horizon never went through really serious visual downgrades between trailer and actual product.
