@Vatusus: Everything I say points to what I say here. Read between the lines. Old technology being phased out... you complaining. Yes. Vinyl is awesome. Have a huge collection. With analogue warmth it still has tangible benefits over shitty 128 mp3. It is not applicable here. If the game is the same quality experience for a subscription price it is a win.

@Vatusus: You missed the point. There are people that complain about the internet. There are people that complain about streaming. There are businesses that complain about Amazon and online retailers. The entire music industry tried to stop itunes and the like because they did not come up with the idea. Oh well. The point was if you use any of these new ways of consuming content, along the way many companies fell. That is business.

@Vatusus: Just curious... do you use Netflix? Download music? Stream any content? Or are you strictly rabbit ears / cable? Come on... this is not a bad thing. Myself and many consumers would love a game subscription service like Microsoft is offering. It takes the risk out of spending $60.00 plus on games that you don't like.

Honestly, after buying a few games used and being told the online pass was valid for a few EA games by the salesman (both at Gamestop) they need to go bye bye. They buy low and mark shit up. How is that good for gamers?

Anyone remember harmony house? Sam Goody? When there were stores dedicated to selling CDs and Casettes? Adapt or die. Surely you don't still consume your music on casette tape or CD do you?

Oh I remember when Xbone was playing at 900p while the PS4 at 1080p and it was the biggest difference the world had ever seen from many such as yourself. Suddenly cows can't see the difference between 720p and 1080p. Now 4k means nothing. Lems bask in the glory of the OneX!
