[QUOTE="Pangster007"]I'm not sure because i'm not familiar with this situation. You're using Vista right? If so, i don't think i can help.arber91Yes-sir-ee, I'm using Vista. ugh, i've never liked system restore even on XP and i guess it'll be worse on Vista. In the times that i've tried the feature before, it's always failed me. Sorry, can't help.
[QUOTE="Pangster007"]I'm still having a lot of fun, especially swordfighting and table tennis.
The cycling was a bit iffy when you want to turn and it doesn't seem to show off M+ all that well. However, i could see the mechanics at play - and getting good times/coming first requires a bit of thought of when to burst and take advantage of slipstreams. Had 3 tries and moved on.
I've been doing the island flyovers to try and collect every info point while shooting ballons. It soon grew on me and it constantly reminds me of how bad i want a new pilotwings game. It's not too exciting but i like how it unlocks more things like time of day and abilities. This is something that will appeal to completionists, i guess.
I got PRO status in speed slicing and showdown and swordfighting is just simply fantastic. Swordfighting requires a lot of concentration and fast reflexes later on - and as the game gets harder, the more absorbed into the game i become.
One thing i read about is the ability to change somethings during the games - like turning off the archery aiming reticle or changing the 6 point match in table tennis to 12 points. You have to press the '2' button before the game or something. I've yet to try it and it's not even documented in the manual. Anyway, i'll just say it here for those who want an even bigger challenge.

I just heard about it too. I've only tried it in Table tennis so far, but I can confirm it works. Except it changes to 11 point matches.
Right, my mistake. 11 points. I'm wondering what it does for other games atm but i'm not going to try until i've played every game 'normally'.[QUOTE="Pangster007"]Maybe. 'minigame compilation' is a bad description though, the games in it could hardly be described as mini. Mini would be like in Wario Ware.OntainI think WW is called microgames. oh yeah... Anyway, some of the 'mini' games feel like full games - like table tennis and swordfighting.
I can't say, i haven't played FF VI but it sounds like i need to someday. CT however was amazing. It blew my mind at the time. I had to import it with an action replay/adaptor (plug PAL gam at the back and NTSC game at top).
Also, i couldn't get into Chrono Cross, ugh. The music was really good though...
