I mostly use it for TV shows. They have a decent selection of TV shows and it's a lot easier to stream the entire season than to get individual discs in the mail. I still wish they would update and get more shows more often.

It's IGN. They make new "Top 10 ______ Games of all Time" lists like every year and they're always different. No big surprise there.

Looks pretty nice. I'm glad they didn't just copy the LBP1 trophies over. They have some that are similar, but these are good. I'm really glad they got rid of the one that had you play with 3 other people on your friends list... That one was too hard to organize.

Yep, check your email. I got mine around midnight last night. It's a beta so it doesn't seem to have much information right now except that free CES trip contest.

Oh ok, I just got the confirmation email. Does it say anywhere if it's going to count previous purchases on the PSN store? I've spent more than I care to admit on the store over the years :P

Edit: After checking the forums over there, apparently your past purchases do NOT count... That's rather disappointing seeing as how one of the reasons I was invited to this thing was because of all the stuff I've bought on PSN :?

Gears 3 doesn't come out until next holiday season. It's over a year away. I doubt he's going to go another year and a couple months without buying another game.

I work at GameStop and I'm not a douchey fanyboy. Pretty much everybody else at my store prefers the 360 and I prefer the PS3, but nobody there is a raging fanboy. If somebody is asking for a good 360 game I tell them "Well if you ask that guy about it he would probably know more than me" and if they're asking somebody else about a PS3 game they refer them to me.

And for asking if they want the 360 version of a game more often than the PS3 version, that's just because we sell more of the 360 versions of the game. I wouldn't think it would take a rocket scientist to figure that out. We aren't plotting against Sony trying to make the 360 outsell the PS3 or anything like that. It's just what most people ask for.
