You guys should check out Safe House. It's a dedicated forum for Payday 2 players, and you can get together with other PS3 players and organize matches. We'd love to have you guys in our community! safehouse.boards.netsafe_house

Now normally I'd not bother but I've just signed up and seems like a great place to meet up, arrange games and discuss Payday as well as posting your strategies for each of the different "jobs" we'll get to participate in on Payday 2.

I'd better report to the local police station in the morning, I've killed over 6,000 cops (apparently in this country the worst crime you can commit) in Payday: The Heist alone since early July, so that works out at maybe what 180,000 years in jail???

I am haveing a recurring problem with PAYDAY: The Heist on PS3 and just wondered if anyone could help me out.

Every time I try to connect to an online game I get a message after a time to say that the connection to the game failed ("ERROR: Failed Joining Game") and when I try to create a online game i recieve a message to say that creating the game failed ("ERROR: Failed Creating Game"). I've been playing it since the beginning of July when it became availableon PSN+ and have installed the update (2.03 I believe) and have installed the ad-on pack too since that first installation and it has worked fine upto last night.  I have uninstalled the game and re-installed it along with the update/patch but still seem to be having the same problem.

Can anyone help me out as I was really enjoying playing this but currently all I am left with is the rather weaker single player portion of the game.

This is a more recent game title request.  I remember playing a demo downloaded from the Playstation Network which is similar to Payday: The Heist (and that is what I thought it was).

I think the game started down near the bank vault, you fight your way to the different rooms and collects the money from the tables, what you collect is specific I think to your score.  After that you fight your way out, through the hole to a railway station, you have to fight your way from the platform, up through the turnstiles and onto the street.  At any point in the game you can turn on your partners and take all the money for yourself.

I can't be sure but I think most of what I remember is accurate, like I say i thought it was Payday: The Heist but this isn't currently part of the full game so am not sure what, just remember enjoying it, but unfortunately not what the title was.

That sounds a lot like Kane & Lynch 2 multiplayer

Thank you, I am embarrased to say I own Kane & Lynch 2 which goes to show how little I have played that recently since release.

What a completely stupid law

1) Ban access to ANY online pornography

which then leads to...

2) Ban on porographic dvd/blu ray
3) Ban on pornographic books

Because if you are going to ban access to pornographic material online you are not just banning the viewing of images, but also films too which makes no sense if people can freely still access them from high street book/magazine shops and dvd stores unless you also ban the selling of books selling pornographic books/films too.  And then there is the problem of online stores, under this law would online retailers like Amazon have to remove items classed as illigal under the new law from the Amazon UK website and if so what is to stop people just using Amazon Germany (as an example) to import banned items.

And what will they class as pornography? intercourse? full frontal nudity? any form of intimacy? because surely if you are going to have a wholesale ban on pornographic images online, and then the government will be forced to include films in this to make it not look half-arsed, then for the law to be implemented wouldn't it need to be a blanket ban which would mean 9 1/2 weeks ends up at 2 days and half a weekday afternoon.  To ban it is completely is being prudish and rather like using a sledgehammer to crack a walnut when the problem is the illigal images that I am sure everyone agrees, need to be removed from the net permanently and the pedo's using those sites nailed up... i meant sent to prison for a long time.

Nothing has been banned. Please read original posts and dont just respond to topics based on the topic title.

If I want to post I will do, my post was response to what would happen when the law is implemented, moron.

Bioshock Infinite, BOOM.

I hate to break it to all ya Sony faithfuls out yonder, but Bioshock Infinite pretty much wipes it's ass with TLoU in more ways than one. Like TLoU is pretty great and all but it seems like people are just nostalging a bit over the fact that there hasn't been a third person survival horror-esque game like this since forever ago so they're goin a little crazy for it. The storytelling just isn't all that impressive. The central relationship between Joel and Ellie is the only real driving force behind it and the "guy n girl going it alone while slowly forming a close bond" type story was done much better in Enslaved: Odyssey To The West. Now Bioshock Infinite on the other hand, well storytelling just so happens to be one of it's strongest attributes.

TLoU's gameplay is pretty awesome, can't argue against that, but so is Infinite's. Now for the real ass-kicker, Infinite's Columbia totally trumps the ever loving shit out of TLoU's post-apocalyptic city. Hat is off to Naughty Dog for packing such an amazing amount of detail into it but at the end of the day it's still just another wrecked city, and that setting is way over used in video games these days. Columbia is totally fresh and original. There's nothing else quite like it in the video game medium. Also, and there's no way this can be debated, Elizabeth >>>>>>>>>>> Ellie as an AI partner. Ellie comes off as such a dumbass during gameplay while Liz seemed surprisingly intelligent for a NPC.

So to recap...

Story - Infinite wins by a landslide

Setting - Infinite wins by a landslide

AI - Infinite wins by a landslide

Gameplay - This one is a tough call. Infinite has better gunplay and combat no doubt, but everything else, TLoU does better. I'll let TLoU take this one.

So yeah, I really can't see GS giving the win to TLoU. It's just not on the same level as Infinite. BOOM.

After reading your completely laughable post I just have one question for you

Does that single solitary pea get lonely rattling around that big empty melon of a head of yours? Just curious, call it scientific research something that is completely lacking from your post.

The Birth Of Titanfall:

Year: 2011
Location: The offices of Respawn Entertainment

Zampella: So what do we make our new game
West: How about being unoriginal and making a shooter
Zampella: Sure we made a shit ton of money last time we did that by copying the formula of the original Battlefield
West: And we should make it an exclusive, Microsoft will throw bags of money at us if we make it for them only
Zampella: Good idea, maybe make it futuristic like most of the recent shooters
West: Or.. We could just rip of Halo
Zampella: We should
