I thought I'd recommend a music that is dear to my heart, Dark Ambient music. I have been listeing to this music for a long time but only recenty found it can serve as a great background music for gaming as well. I am a fan of Egypt so with the recent release of Assassins Creed Origins I went back to one of my favorite ambient releases of this year, "Book of the Black Earth" an Egypt-themed ambient album. Since the ambient genre is a very niche genre I thought it might be a good time to shine a light on it. :)

Hi, everyone. I hope this topic fits this forum, I think it should. ^^

I did not find any topic related to this matter, I hope I did not overlook it. ^^

Anyway, the last few months (or so) I noticed that the volume of the GS Video Reviews/previews varies nearly in every video. When I first noticed that I tried to completely re-install all of my codecs and sound-drivers etc. That didn't help. Then I watched the same videos on my Xbox 360 and the same problem occured. Sadly I did not write down in which videos it happened, but the difference in volume was significant.

In one video I had to turn the volume of mysound-system down and for others I had to turn it up and there was even one video which was so silent I really had to crank the system to the maximum to hear enough.

Did somebody else experience something like that?

I always download windows media files, HD if available it not then WMD "standard" highres.
