Exclusive-wise: Killzone 2 and Uncharted 2

God of war 3? Remember there still in development but you never know.
There's Modern Warfare 2 coming out, but imma probably get it for 360 though.

Other games include the likes of F.E.A.R 2, Prototype, Resident Evil 5, MAG and you never know maybe at E3 maybe Resistance 3 or something will be in development? Never know.

I'd just figured to do this, never really seen someone do it yet (not unless someone has) So i just figured this would be a good way to add each other, play some games and eh you never know you might play with one dude then make a clan with him, so start if you want

(This was justtttt an idea.. Name the games you think your best at also if you want so you can get challanged;))

*SPOILER ALERT* (although in this forum that kind of thing goes without saying)

First off I'd like to start by saying that you can't rape the willing. Becket didn't seem to be doing much in the line of fighting HER off, though that could be because he is strapped into the chair and busy fighting Keagan. Whether or not you saw that ending coming, it was foreshadowed earlier in the game when Snake Fist says that she "covets" you (Beckett).

As for the ending itself, yeah it does kind of suck that Genevieve Aristide won, but honestly, I don't see how they could have ended it any other way. The game itself is rather bleak in the sense that everybody always winds up dying, and to be honest, I wasn't expecting Beckett to survive a fight with Alma, especially after they (the story writers) so mercilessly discarded the entire cast for the first game.

But here's where it gets interesting. Does anybody notice at the end how Alma looks at you when she leans in close? There is no malice or hatred, I honestly don't believe that she was planning on killing you then or ever. Alma also says something along the lines of "I know what I am" towards the end. This could belay to a sense of guilt or regret; she knows she is a monster. The machine was not on when Genevieve sealed it, Alma could have easily smeared her, but chose not to. It would appear that she wanted to be sealed away with Beckett. Also, at the end, when Alma places Beckett's hand on her pregnant belly, you notice that his hands are no longer bound. If he wanted to, he could try fighting her off but doesn't, can it be that Beckett is reciprocating Alma's feelings? If these four things are true, then perhaps we are all misunderstanding the ending here. They have shown us a completely new level and dimension to the otherwise (until Project Origin) one-sided Alma character.

The point I'm trying to make in this very long and arduous post, is that the ending has a different meaning for most people. I for one feel that Alma experienced a last minute change of heart or something. It is my opinion as a writer that perhaps in some perverse way (I hate to wane poetic) Alma at last found peace. If my suspicions are correct, then there really is no way to bring Alma back for a sequel. At this point if Alma were freed again, she would most likely behave in a completely different (dare I say non-psychotic) way. As much as I want another sequel to my favorite FPS of all time, i'm just not sure that they could do it gracefully. The last thing I want to see is FEAR degenerating into a worthless story utterly devoid of reason, logic or continuity. (Like all those Jason Voorhees movies) Finally, if they did bring her back for a FEAR 3, there would be no choice left but to kill her. However, after showing this side of Alma, an ending that involves Alma's destruction would feel just as bleak and empty as this one.

-As for rape, yeah. Alma does seem pretty violent from what you see, but you can't tell me that your girlfriend has never gotten a little slap-happy like that before, eh? Alma has a huge mean streak too, it is to be expected that she's even more prone to that sort of behavior than a normal person. Also, towards the end, she's not really hitting anymore. she seems pretty um... I'll just say satisfied is an understatement.

-Another point that supports my no sequel theory is the fact that Alma now has a baby. She has spent the majority of the series lamenting the fact that "They took her babies" now that she has a baby (that is incorporeal, and cannot be taken away or injured), I'd say that's one less item on her to-do list. Even if she does kill Beckett now that she's "done with him" (her face might have gone a little corpse-y there right at the end, indicating murderous intent) she still finally got her baby. Who knows, them taking her baby may have been the biggest cause for the her hatred. Now that she has one to keep, she is finally appeased and her craving for vengeance is forgotten.

That being said, what are your opinions? Do you get the same impression, or do you think that I'm just misinterpreting everything?

tehmuffnman

After reading all that i'll just go with what you say lmao.
I didn't play the game i just happened to be over my buddies house when he beat it.
But i swear he was still trapped when his hands were on her belly, no?

Pretty much if you have a game that freezes a lot or messes up a lot, install it to the disk drive. For me it was Fallout 3 load-times would take long the game would freeze at moments and sometimes the disk would be unreadable.

So pretty much installing it to disk drive will prevent your game from messing up and it gives you a nice smooth gameplay. It takes a while to install thought, s'all im saying

It's not gonna happen bottom-line. 360 has enough exclusives and third party games, so no point having Metal Gear on Microsoft.

Plus, i'd like to see MGS stay on Sony, i didn't really like it when it went on gamecube. So, MGS is better off staying on PS3 then anything else, Konami makes a lot of cash either way.
