A) It's silly putting it on the Tuesday instead of it being the first of the month constantly. Make it the first of the month just like how MS do it and there would be no confusion like how it is now. "new games for january" you dont expect it to arrive on the 5th do you?!

B) I also have a 100MB connection (which exceeds to 104mb at some points) Yet the store videos are disgustingly low quality. I mean abysmal!

I didn't know this and i love games. It's not clever, its confusing. If it wasn't confusing no one would be having this conversation.

@sennexer: I know right. The low res videos are a joke. Maybe I was spoiled by the xbox but having low res videos shouldn't even be a thing anymore. Its embarrassing. I thought it had something to do with my connection.

@Jaysonguy: exclusives are the reason people choose a console. Why do you think people flicked to the ps4. Ms didnt invest in 1st party last gen, Sony did. People noticed this, including myself.

The consoles are essentially the same, the thing they need to rely on now more than ever, is the exclusives

Well tbh you paid for the console with your own money. Living with them ir not, that is your property which they can not take. Tell them its your property and its not for them to take.

Surely if your card is cancelled the transaction wont even go through...

So far, games wise, i think it's better than the xbox (variety). However, the console is lacking massively compared to the xbox functionality wise. (voice commands integration with TV and devices)

@lensflare15: agreed, ive gotten further into the game 80% or so. Not sure what the fuss is about still though...dont get me wrong im enjoying it but not to the level other people seem to be. I think i hqve to lower my expectations somewhat
