@NTM23 @Mojira7 I agree. I guess it's just that the comments before mine that describe him doesn't match what I'm seeing in this video. But then again like I said, I have not much of an idea of how he has presented himself in the past. ie: He does not seem too full of himself, or pretentious or anything like that in this interview.

Maybe I haven't really followed a lot of what Mr David Cage has said or done in the past, but my impression from this video is that he does not feel very confident many people will want to try this game and he seems to be almost begging people to give this game a chance...I dunno

no always online requirement? Wow that would have been great for the PC version.

I'm one of the recent 2 million. From a single player rpg experience standpoint, and as a general fan of the old single player KOTOR games and lore, this game is amazing for the price of free. Only wish I didn't have to do much trekking around these vast maps to get to objectives, but this i guess is common for a large MMO.

Don't you pay a reduced price for these games in early development? And you don't have to pay again after the game is released? I could be wrong though. But if I'm right, doesn't that make it better than a simple blind pre-purchase?

I somehow think marvel games would not have gone the route of the top-down-ish action RPG with loot drops, were it not for the success of games like the X-men:legends and the Ultimate Marvel Alliance series, which seemed to do the action RPG with marvel heroes pretty well in my opinion, and I wish they'd continue those series too.. But I'm actually looking forward to this game as well, seeing as it is free-to play :)

@marzipanwarrior So do I. But for now I think that perhaps increased world activity from the influx of f2p players makes the game a better overall experience for the already subscribed, thus 'hopefully' preventing them from unsubscribing?

@EKGProd @Mojira7 I hope it all balances out somehow. Maybe the smaller indie companies step in, as long as there is demand?

@EKGProd I'm glad your timeline doesn't have always online requirement for single player games. I was almost afraid that going to was creep up slowly one game at a time.
