Love this game. I admit it may not be for everyone. Found myself enjoying exploring and using tactics to take down enemies, leading them to turrets, red exploding gas tanks, fires leaking from pipes, setting them up for ambush etc etc.. instead of direct attack..
All grenades can be placed on walls and floors and so you can lead creatures to them. The silent pistol seems best used not for direct attack, but to get the attention of creatures, and trigger traps near the creatures as you lead them on. :)
Even with some skill upgrades, I love the fact that in the game you really are underpowered against many of the enemies, and so you can't really rush them on all the time.
But yeah requires a bit of patience, so not for everyone lol
Keep thinking to return to Breach. I know a lot of people didn't like it. I found it okay, Just that the time rush aspect Breach goes against how I tend play the regular game (I spam save a lot there and take my time lol). But breach had some cool alternate world story stuff going on and I'd like to know how that plays out... without the hectic increasing frantic time hurry hurry difficulty hahaha
We're probably gonna be able to build and manage our own city and population somewhere in Tamriel, maybe even build ourselves our own fort? If these games keep evolving I see possible terrain manipulation in the future... and maybe even flying across the map on dragons since it seems they are back now...
Here's hoping they get the Star Wars story 'formula' right (whatever that means lol. I'm probably not sure what it is but definitely seem know it when I see it). I felt I saw it when I first played Knights of the Old Republic first game.
@quinnd6: Yeah the Dishonoured DLC sale price, the Xcom enemy within sale price... making me think about waiting way after Dishonoured 2 and X-com 2's final edition version comes out with all the DLC,...
I took a look at the gameplay. Combat seems to have some duel fighting game mechanics like Tekken or Virtua Fighter infused inside... and I'm not 100% about this but it seems like it was designed for dueling combat against humanoid opponents and not some of the crazy awesome monsters you get in the DS series... Again not too sure..
