I strongly agree with who ever is suing GEARBOX ive never did get my appology for such a poor excuse of a game like DUKE NUKEM and ALIENS and if you went to the COMMUNITY EVENT that GEARBOX has in dallas it is the biggest scam of a show. and they promote the crap out of those games and that jerk off from GEARBOX i think his name is RANDY PITCHFORK and the rest of the crew claim all these promises that the game is this and that the game is that and how awesome of a game its going to be and we get shafted being $64.11 less and angry at how crap the game is. they are full of it man and i hope that GEARBOX gets sued for releasing such a crappy game. and i hope that it shows every other game developer that this is what happens when you release a terrible game that doesn't even live up to the hype and not even the demo's that were shown.

@TheManofTin if you really wanted to own a POS3 then buy it used and by somebody on CL that way you dont get robbed of buying a new system and having it collect dust.

ya know i think gamers should be able to sue game developers for false advertising and poor quality. two years ive gone to the Gearbox Community event and i wa s there when they unvield the Aliens colonial marines and last year i paid extra so that i can be up front playing the multiplayer game and after 10mins of gameplay i was slapped in the face with a crappy game. i even asked if this was the final work on the game and they got all huffy puffy and asked why i said that and i told up up front and honest THE GAME SUCKS! and they threw me out. and now the game is out and i got it and the game is as bad if not worst the the beta gaming i did at the event. I think gearbox should be responsible for the loss of jobs for these guys. YOU SUCK GEARBOX
