@tipton_bradley No, it was to share with any 10 people of your choosing, who could access your shared games at any time, and you could play with one person while others played the other games on your shared list.
@XxTheEvilxX And that's actually GIVING the game to someone, like Steam gifting. Loaning and renting will not be available at launch, but they are in talks with their partners about future possibilities.
@MajinSquall You're completely right, but Nintendo needs to get on the right track with their consoles or they could suffer a fate similar to Sega's. Though they would be much better off since they have the handheld market and many more AAA titles.
PS3 makes sense because it's the third console. People know it's a new console. Xbox 360 is easily distinguishable as a new product as well. The we have Wii U. U does not clearly show that the Wii U is a new console. As you said, the Wii was largely casual gamers, and they would have understood that a Wii 2 or another name was a new console much better than they do with the Wii U.
@Shinteikun I agree that the achievements should give you some kind of reward, but there are a lot of people who would like to record their gameplay. It's a very popular thing for competitive games.
