Gamespot killed a once wonderful, thriving community. This used to be the absolute best site for making friends. Community interaction was easy and fun, and now its nonexistent.
I agree this was a really good gaming site back in the day. Maybe one day they will get it straightened out but I'm not holding my breath. I really enjoy Joystiq.com It's my favorite gaming website now. Clean and simple the way gamespot used to be.
This site sucks. Like someone else stated, normally when a site changes your upset for a week or two and then you get used to it. I still haven't gotten used to it and I never will. They are just driving people away with this crappy site. Whoever designed it should be named and shamed.
Dude your name is offensive whenever you created it. Maybe it's time to grow up and stop trying to get attention for doing the wrong things. Just a thought.
Seeing as they can't even fix this site I wouldn't hold my breath. Next to Joystiq this used to be my favorite gaming website. Now I don't see how it ever comes back from all of this.
I guess there are 2 categories in here, whiners and complainers. Well to me it's all the same. If someone is whining about the website then it's justified. I have sent letters to the staff about the new site and I have heard nothing back so I'm just going to whine about it. This site sucks. Whoever is responsible for the changes is an IDIOT. You have taken a functional website that was good at what it did and turned it to a stinking pile of "poop" The reviews on this site have been crap for a while but now they are just garbage. One review score across all platforms for the same game, really ? The PS4 version of Battlefield 4 has been unplayable from day one but it gets the same score as the Xbox version that has worked since day one as just an example.
