Don't these idiots realise they're pandering to groups who don't even play games but are merely vocal about them for the sake of having something to cry about and be offended by? Haven't they realised with the BS coming of Anita's mouth that there's no pleasing these people? You can bend over backwards to please them and they'll still find something to whine about no matter how accommodating you are. And the more accommodating you are in this way the more you alienate your dedicated player base. Sales drop and you wonder why. So put in more macrotransactions in the game to recoup the losses resulting from reduced sales. It's these big companies that are putting the industry six feet under.
Really, the only hope that's left is in the indie branch, because at least that hasn't yet been so thoroughly infected by this PC agenda's cancer.
@KillzoneSnake: I wonder how many times this will have to be repeated for people to finally realise that BioWare is nothing more than just a label now and has been since the acquisition by EA.
I stopped watching this show halfway through season 1 when I realised this was just another of the "new wave" TV series like "Battlestar: Galactica" and "Stargate: Universe" where everyone's a douchebag, everyone has an agenda, and there are more twists and turns than I can wrap my head around with things being left deliberately obtuse and confusing. The idiotic, illogical behaviour of the two techs in Maeve's plot was just the final straw.
@dorog1995: XV is just terrible. Empty world with nothing to do. Busywork side quests that don't provide any lore or give you any background information about the world. Plenty of missed opportunities and a story that barely holds together.
@nedrith: This very much. Well said. Does anyone even care about this game anymore? I got the edition with season pass and I haven't even played the three additional episodes that came with it, because I complete lost interest after finishing the main game. Now they're still patching the main story and are going to ask people to fork over more money for it, f--- them.
