i think infamous will be good. can´t wait to play superhero on an openworld. Uncharted 2 seems ok, and COD MW2 does seem to be getting a lot of hype as well. but i am looking toward all these games. the more the merrier i say.

and if you are looking for titles that are somewhat smilar, i´d check REsistance (more run and gun like halo somewhat) and obviously Killzone 2.

i prefer COD4 a lot more than KZ2. but that´s just my opinion. i have fonder memories from that game than from KZ2...

unfortunately no, it did not live up to my expectations. the graphics were beautiful, yes, and gameplay was solid as well. but i thought it would be much more epic, with battles on a much greater scale. it felt very small at times. i didn´t get much of the feeling that i was in a war. it war more like an action flick of sorts.

it doesn´t mean i didn´t enjoy the game, but i expected a lot more in terms of new ideas for a campaign.

i dunno. i love MGS, andMGS4 is great and all, but the game system itself is a bit limited IMHO. it had an epic premisse about all the figthing and all, but in the end you do an awful lot of whatching. i know it is part of the experience, but it is a bit tiring after a while. i loved the game, but i have already played3 other MGS games already. it didn´t throw much new stuff (i wish they´d have made the game a bit longer, with a lot more fighting. those mechanics were great)

 i´d say that the 4 games that impacted me the most this gen were MGS, Dead Space, Call of Duty (4 and WAW) and GTA4. but MGS4. so itis hard to place a favorite.

 oh and Motorstorm is just awesome.

i´d never buy LBP. not because it is a bad game or anything, but i really don´t like plataformers. i think it is a bit overrated yes. but i really don´t care much. people should always read and inform themselves on the game before buying them. this expensive generation begs for such sort of action. you can´t shell over 60 bucks on crappy games (they can be crappy, but as long as you like them such as DW6). i don´t doubt it is a good game, but it is a sort of niche game i´d say. i do prefer shooters, or anything a bit more violent or realistic. but hey that´s just me. it doesn´t make the game any worse ou better.

who cares... MGS4 is a blast, best game on the PS3 yet.

Heavenly Sword, REsistance, Uncharted, Assassin´s creed, Motorstorm, and a whole bunch of other good games. don´t worry, the PS3 will have something to fit your needs.

no, to understand MGS4, you should play MGS1 and 2. hell, play all of them, since the story sequence is 3,1,2,4. but 3 doesn´t have Solid Snake, but rather Big Boss (in his humble begginings as Naked Snake).

cant wait to play MGS4. but hey, if a game deserves a 10, then this is it.
