I have to be honest here. Yeah Kotick is a di** but the head of a firm will also have alot at stake, especially if it's "their" company. Whilst that is an obscene figure to walk away from a years trading with, if you start a company and expose yourself to all that risk, carry the weight of making sure to find people's pay packets every month before you pay yourself, and have your own reputation on the line, I think you're entitled to take the biggest chunk of the pie when the company is doing well.
But this is Kotick here, and Kotick deserves none of this, as he didn't start the company and is very frequently accused of exploiting the people beneath him.
It irritates me when people keep complaining about the scores games get on Gamespot. 7 is not "borderline mediocre". Just because most games journalists use a score that ranges from 7-10 instead of 1-10, doesn't mean that something that scores a 6 for instance on Gamespot is a terrible game. Look how rarely a game scores a 10 on here, theres a good reason for that.
I commented on another page about how Carolyn gets bent up very easily about feminist issues in games. To be honest though, this kinda shit deserves a big kick up the ass from her.
Well, I can understand removing something that isnt relevant to the product form the box art, but evidently it'd be like removing guns from the cover of a CoD game. Removing her for fear of missing out of some sales? To adults?
