The only way I can see a Warcraft film working is to use the Arthas storyline from WC3, up until his final transformation into the LK, and make it fucking dark. I mean, horrible.

The lighter tone of the game would be better suited to animation rather than live action.

well, Robocod was a great game back in the early 90's, but in all honesty, it's something I can't see working today particularly well. If they took the characters and setting and turned it into something else it might pique my interest, but as a platformer remake, I think it'll suck donkey scrotum.
