@Sideshow_me Thats not the same. Live shows there are no examples, you are going to a performance, not buying/renting/viewing and product. With the film reference, firstly you don't play a film, and secondly, if you paid your money to go see Terminator 2 after seeing the trailer and when you started watching the film none of what was shown in the trailer was in the film and you ended up watching something like Short Circuit you'd be pissed.
@petez34 I have no problem with people earning alot of money if they produce the goods. Lying about the development of the game multiple times (heres looking at you Randy) and trailers that bear no resemblance to the finished product though, yeah that deserves a kick in the ass.
@Go32111 I can kind of understand it. If you went to the supermarket and spent £20 on a piece of organic aberdeen angus beef and when you go home and opened the packaging inside there was some mouldy bread, you'd be pissed off too.
I think the onus is on randy tbh though, he said explicitly that Gearbox were balls deep into the development of the game and they outsourced almost the whole thing. Almost everything he says is shit. the self same thing happened with Duke Nukem Forever
@xdude85 to be fair, MW2 multiplayer was pretty fun, more so than WaW, however blops 1 + 2 and MW3 all feel like reskinned (not even reskinned, they look the same) versions of the same game.
In all honesty, those last three games should be how good DLC is done.
