@skyhighgam3r: You can state your opinion as much as you want, but now see, you just crossed the line by saying that at the end. Kill himself? Really? You are sounding psychotic all of a sudden. There's NOTHING you can do about it. Nobody gives two shits about what you say because people will still buy games like these and you will be dragged along with all the name calling and reputation as a "gamer". Just learn to deal with it, if you can't...then you aren't prepared for this kind of things.
Also there are gamers who get real life "bewbs" and still buy this game. The fact that you assume that every gamer is a single anti social person is a stereotypical judgement from you. So yeah, look the other way and move on. The fact that you still lurking around here after Thursday just means you haven't learned to let go.
@skyhighgam3r: yeah you can look the other way. This game will never be taken seriously. It's been a fanservice dream game for people and always will be. Not even being in tournaments is enough to be recognized as a serious fighter within the FGC community. You mention that game to anyone familiar and the first reaction will always be jiggling bewbs. Go play street fighter, tekken, marvel or other "serious" fighting games if you going to get mad hurt about how a game like this one being undervalued by adding jiggly physics. Hell just look at all the "DLC" clothes they added and it's going to continue being like that. It's a tradition for this game and it's what keeps it alive, because the majority of the players who buy this game are "pervs" (as you say) who play it to get a few hours of visual pleasure and gameplay.
I loved the game and I too had hopes for DOA5 being serious considering how down to earth it was when they announced it before the initial version back in 2012, but I lost hope as I knew the game no matter how good and recognized it got, it wouldn't be enough to be taken seriously by the community. I simply moved on, just like everyone else. Having this spinoff doesn't make it any worse than it already is so don't waste your breath
@skyhighgam3r: You can just look the other way and move on? It's kinda tradition to make spinoff. Why do you care so much that other people want this game?
Issue is that game publishers and developers are trying to complicate things. Back then, a game was made purely out of enjoyment, a hobby. Was played for entertainment, which some games still are...but most force themselves
