To potential posters to this section: If I understand the author's argument correctly, the author of this article may take offense to posters taking offense from being called brutal, bigoted idiots who should be shut out and legally prosecuted for thinking that we buy things in order to own them. That being said, I remember games like Silent Hill 2 having the option to change the difficulty of puzzles and combat separately, which is neat. Also, try to be polite, as being vicious is not a substitute for logic.
I admit, I wasn't expecting this type and quality of article(or anything else, for that matter) from GameSpot anymore. This might be a classic article.
