Depends on the game and availability of cheat features within the game. COD4 MW and MW2 Remake both have cheats in placed, for example. Also TLOU2, when you have enough points to unlock Unlimited Ammo and when you're careful not to spend points on photos.

Nowadays, it's nearly impossible to cheat when Trophies and Achievements are in place.

I'm a bit old school but M.U.S.H.A. comes to mind. One of my favorite Shmups on Genesis:

I think the SD is on a league of its own. It's gonna appease gamers who are looking for other alternatives for portable gaming other than the Switch, their Tablets, Smartphones , etc.

As for Switch outselling the PS2, it would be a miracle if it tried. I mean 155 + million PS2 sold? That would be a feat to counter.

Honestly, the Steam Deck seem more appealing and well built. I might ditch the PS5 (or XSX) all together for the Steam Deck, tbh. I'll have to wait and see how it turns out.

I've never got into the Switch, my interest in Nintendo faded after the amazing GC and when those OLED "4K" upgraded Switch Pro rumors were abound a few months ago, I was hoping for that reality. Hoping to rekindle my love for Nintendo. But I guess not.

Oh well, competition is great and now with 2 major handhelds soon in the market, this could look interesting.

EDIT: Also I might add, I'm no PC gamer and the SD may potentially lead me more to be a PC gamer. Just small steps.

I'm actually playing my PS4 Pro and a little PS3 atm. Since I don't have any generation 9 consoles yet.

Most of my retro consoles from generation 5 and before are stored safely, while my gen 6 consoles, Xbox, GC, DC, PS2 are still plugged in, collecting dust. So I guess those 4. I might pick up the PS2 again for a little Gran Turismo 4, that game is still a beauty for its time, considering the hardware.

This current gen? Not really, imho. I don't have a Gen9 console yet, and the games are stagnant.

I'm playing my PS4 Pro/PS3 a lot more.

Last gen, I was maybe 15% physical and 85% digital.

Now, I'm all 100% Digital. As a minimalist gamer (I try to be), discs are simply just clutter to me. It's just far too convenient to buy games digitally, especially when there's discounts or flash sales at the PS Store. However, I still collect vinyl because they're cool and sound better.

I have no faith in Sony's B/C feature for the PS5 Disc, so I'm aiming to get the PS5 Digital Edition, it's cheaper yet the same power. Although I have about 40+ physical PS4 games, I don't intend on using them on PS5. I always keep my consoles in excellent condition, so if I wanna play PS4 games I simply play them on my Pro, the way they were meant to be played.

Nope, I enjoy all my consoles.
