If there aren't specific (official) details, it's going to be taken out of proportion by the media. I'm not just talking about used games, I'm talking about any rumor out there. How many rumors from 'sources' turned out to be just flat out lies? I'm not saying it's not true, but there's always more to it. That's how I look at it anyway.
Sony didn't even have the PS4 box finished at their conference. They went first because Microsoft could show more than they could. If Sony went second they'd get hate on not showing the console itself.
Sony and Microsoft have barely given details on anything. They just gave you a taste of what their plans are, not everything is finished. Before going on about used games and all that, wait until the E3 conference!
