It's a great game, but if you're new to the series then it might be a bit hard for you. I for one won't be getting it because of the mandatory installations. I'm against any games (with a few exceptions) that requires a mandatory installations of more than 2GB. Unfortunately DMC 4 isn't part of my exceptions.
Ya I know the SP is fantastic, but after beating it I had no reason to go back and play it again. I don't feel like collecting all the treasures and getting all the medal points and I'm sure that I'm not the only one, but if it had some sort of MP then it would've higher replay value and better ratings...well at least to me it would.
The gameplay is similar to that of Gears of War and would be perfect for some multiplayer action. Plus the addition of melee attacks makes for a perfect multiplayer experience. For example when a player approaches you and decided to do a melee attack then some random buttons would appear and both players would have to press the corresponding buttons and the player that missed it would get knocked out or killed. Hopefully Uncharted 2 would have some kind of multiplayer.
