You should check the manual next time - if you don't have one, you can find them online. According to the MB manual (for the motherboard you have listed in your sig), it states the following about beeps for your motherboard:

One continuous beep followed by two short beeps, a pause, then repeats - No Memory Detected

One continuous beep followed by three short beeps, a pause, then repeats - No VGA Detected

Your issue appears to be that your RAM is dead (one or more sticks - if you have multiple sticks of RAM) OR the DIMM slots that the RAM is connected to are dead OR maybe the RAM is loose and not seated tightly anymore.

So, whatever computer place you took your PC to, they're retarded....or maybe some kind of catastrophic failure happened and a lot of stuff died in your computer tower and they just didn't troubleshoot the issue any further.

well they tested another card and it posted properly while i was watching. I checked my ram sticks and tried switching, using only 1, reseatting them but still have the same beep sequence. also i have a new system no and my motherboard s a gigabyte ga z77x ud3h

How are the servers now? I still am on the fence about this game. I loved the first 2 diablos but after hearing all the server errors and accounts being hacked, I got urned off buy it. Not to mention the game's optimization is poor even on good machines, and there is no lan or offline play. This may be the first Blizzard game I might now buy at all. Or i'll wait until an expansion and a few patches. I also really miss the skill and stat points. That was half the fun of leveling up.

No I ate paying for a monthly subscription. 15 bucks a month is too much for a game you already paid 80.00 for. The 15.00 amonth works out to 180.00 a year to play a game. Maybe if it was 5.00 month I'd play it. I hoped that The Old Republic was different but it's just like all the others.

its a boring game. destined to fail from its initial design phases. meaningless arena combat wtf.

seercirra

This. I tried to like it but I find it just as boring as all the other mmo's. It's just Star Wars this time.

Just hope they don't make a million endless sequels or make a new one every year that looks the same as the last.

Hell no. Looks like Dice is gonna be copying MW by trying to real us into paying for more maps and extra **** we don't need. Not paying 60.00 for a map pack. Back to Karkand is about as high as I'll go for that stuff maybe like 20.00 most.

I would get any of the 3 that have 8 gb of ram or more. 4 gigs won't cut it now.

I have to be honest, I know little to nothing about downloading games illegally or DRM and stuff like that.

What I do know is that I have never stolen a game and have always supported PC games as much as possible. Now I know some devs have said in the past that piracy is one of the main reasons they have moved more towards consoles and I have seen some pretty large numbers in the stats of brand new games being pirated on PC. Yes I know consoles can pirate was well but you're not going to convince me that it's as easy or common as pirating on PC.

Anyway, I don't know if it would help or not...like I said I know very little about it, but if requiring an internet connection would increase sales numbers for devs maybe PC would be supported a little better and who knows, maybe we would even get some exclusives other than just MMOs.

Sure there are some down sides like what we saw with D3 where the servers were getting hammered but I'm sure that's a temporary thing.

I know a lot of you guys freak out over DRM and I don't understand why but if it helps the PC as a gaming platform then I'm fine with it.

So tell me, does requiring an internet connection slow down the piracy? Like I said I don't really know how it works.

No thanks. Don't want all my pc games needing an internet connection. Would switch to consoloe games if that happened.
