However, if you take what little bit of IQ power you possess you would see I was referring to the combination of Xbox One, Windows 8, and Windows Phone 8. Windows 8 alone has already sold over 100 million copies, making Microsoft platforms a much better choice.

Nice title, "Xbox Live Voice Restrictions". Where are the restrictions? Because I don't see any.

What I do see is that the voice recognition will be slowly released to all markets over time though, but nothing being restricted.
