@hardcoregamer1: there is no oled tv that approaches the latency or refresh rate of this panel. Nor do any of them support variable refresh rates. This is custom built for pc gamers wanting to do more livingroom gaming without giving up the cool features of their gaming monitor over a tv.

If your looking for best movie picture quality, this isnt for you.

Been waiting on my second complete playthrough for this to hit. Perfect birthday gift for myself. Apparently patch 3.0 will be hitting along side the expansion, adding some nice bits of content to the stronghold, and they are also shaking up some of the skills.

"By Valve's latest count, it had more than 125 million registered users" That's active users. Registered users are in the 300+ million range, but obviously, most of those accounts are not active.

Active users, according to steamspy, are in the 142+ million range now a days.

This game has taken over my life! Truly some of the best gameplay so far this year alongside Divinity:Original Sin.

@Dannystaples14 I'm not sure, but it sounds like you are insinuating that quantum mechanics is not an empirically based model. Quantum mechanics is probably the most thoroughly tested theory of anything we have.

I don't think quantum computers have bee shown to be faster at solving most problems as classical computers. But they might be orders of magnitude faster at solving certain kinds of problems.

@Dannystaples14 @Kinthalis @mars_marty Yeah. Runs them like ass. Just like last gen. Jeebus, screen tearing, sub 720p., horrible textures, 15 to 30 FPS. What a mess.

In the meantime, a 2007 PC still runs games as good as a console, and you had the option of upgrading at some point and enjoy 1080p 60 FPs gaming, for YEARS, something that even these new consoles STILL struggle to do.

@mars_marty They will run them better than consoles will for the rest of the cycle.

Sure, if you want to be on the cutting edge for the next 8 years you're going to have to upgrade, but that's an OPTION. Not a necessity, and it's an option that only exists on PC. With consoles you're stuck with 2011 technology for the next better part of a decade.
