Its the same vaccin recipe that has been used for many other vax and so they have plenty of information to know there is very little risk and the testing is a formality. Funny how people are always complaining about bureaucracy but when it comes to something as serious as shutting down the economy worldwide, and they decide to cut out SOME (they still will test further before giving to kids, etc.) then people use it against them.
