(just for the record: i love anything by Nobuo!) though there are some similarities that make it seem like he's losing his touch, but his music makes me feel something. his work stirs up my soul and hidden emotions. whats-his-face who did FF10-2 is okay in my book but i felt nothing. i havent even heard FF12 yet but if Nobuo wasnt in charge then i doubt i'll feel anything once again. the same goes for 13 and any other FF game in the future.
graphics doesn't matter. and for those who say it does thats why the industry puts all of its time and money into, thinking that's the only thing to keep the fans/consumers happy and wanting more. they think that can compensate for the short coming in storyline, development in characters, and game play. i wouldn't care if they went back to 2D; keep me interested with a good storyline, unique characters and a new way of playing.
i like FF7 and all but im getting tired of them milking that dead cash cow. LET IT DIE ALREADY!! the game is awesome. the movie...it was okay but it could have been developed more (story-wise). the upcoming FF7 continuations look like trash!(no offense to all you FF7 fanboys/girls) Â i voted for the one that says "it's not the best but one of the best." my fave is FF8. always has been and always will be.
its a dang shame that NO ONE voted for Amarant*. i like Freya but the character i like more than her is Beatrix. though she kicked my round bottom plenty of times up/down and all up and through the game, i still like her overall.
i believe FF13 will be fine (the thing im worry about is FF7: DC, why wont they let FF7 rest all ready?!) and the same goes for the entire franchise. heck look at Mario, hes not dead yet and i can still see him a good...10 years from now! the only thing FF creators need to worry about is the storyline. as long as thats good, FF isnt going anywhere for a very long time.
