@Nitehawk I agree that a religious game would be kind of unnecessary. However many games are based off past events, stories, and ideas, A game based on Christianity itself may not be the best, but a game based on what the Bible says only makes sense. In the Bible's 2000-3000 year old existence, how many times has been proved wrong or inaccurate? Never. So why not make a game based on a very clear and most likely true story with action, heartbreak, breathtaking moments, moments that hit home, and the most super epic battle ever?

I'm glad that us gamers are discussing this matter. I am a hardcore Christian, meaning I love God with all my heart. But I do find myself constantly playing violent video games that many of the hierarchy Christians would call "Satan". I like Gears of War, Red Redemption, Halo, that sort of stuff. And I'm great at them too. And I might possibly even make a career out of my love for games. I believe I'm in a viewing point, that many other Christians, and many other gamers aren't. And I can tell you two things: Playing video games is perfectly fine as long as you play them for overall entertainment, and secondly Christianity is as real as it gets. I think that even though 70 years or so isn't much time at all compared to eternity, God gave us things like video games as a gift, just to pass the time. I say that making a Bible based game only makes sense because after 2000-3000 of existence, the Bible has never been proved wrong. The Bible is an extremely accurate historical wise, but when it comes to miracles and spirits, everybody just kind of denies that, which doesn't make sense in my mind. For sharing the gospel, games aren't meant for that. But for just telling a most likely true story, and a most likely true prophecy, well that's just what games are meant for.

@ChoiMein Yeah I did mean resolutions. Seeing bushes disappear then reappear and seeing to totally different kinds of rocks to together divided by one line kind of bothers me. I love TES, but I never noticed these problems in Oblivion.

@FPSRTSMMOplayer I know the PC is going to be way better. I'm just saying I was disappointed to see some of the console textures so low. I'm not trying to put down this game in any, I freaking love TES, but not seeing a great consistency kind of bothers me. Yeah I did saw draw distances before, I meant textures. But probably the thing that bothers me the most is the grass and bushes that are completely gone from the distance. But still, this game kicks ass.

Don't get me wrong, I am like the biggest Elder Scrolls fan ever, but don't those draw distances look horrible? I mean ugh, look at 00:20! That snow looks like crap! This game is otherwise super beautiful, but those draw distances just aren't so great.

@esgyear Call of Duty 2 is the only Call of Duty that is as good as Battlefield. The rest suck, and by the way that was 5 years ago. Battlefield 3 is making a true sequel, and they're making a whole new game. On the other hand, whats one f****** difference from Modern Warfare 3 to Black Ops? Call of Duty is made by lazy idiots that do whatever their fans want. There's nothing bad with that, except now you have millions of little kids running the game instead of professionals. And why are you putting down DICE for showing their game on a good computer? Obviously the consoles are going to run just as good as they've shown, and if your too poor to afford a new computer, too bad. Its not like CoD is ever gonna change. So I think I'll invest my money where it should go, along with other hardcore gamers. CoD was a good series, now every game is pile of s****.

If there are whores in this world, why is it wrong to put them in game. I hate how everyone that doesn't play games treats them like a book. They aren't books, in fact they're much like movies. Sure it's okay if someone has sex in a PG-13 movie, but OH NO! If even gets close to that in a game it's automatically a M or Adult rating. It's ridiculous. People criticize games because they don't understand them. They haven't played them or even seen them. My parents for example HATED GTA. Why? Because they heard on the news about it having "sex" in it, which was in fact humping with their COMPLETE clothes on. On Touched by an Angel they made a ridiculous copy of GTA. It was about being in a Satanic group who rewarded you for running over prostitutes and old women. My parents thought it was the REAL GTA. Things like that are complete lies, and people who haven't played games have no choice but to believe them. But it won't be soon and our generation will be accepting games for what they are, entertainment. My point is that you can't say that raping hookers in a PG-13 movie is fine, but even HAVING hookers in a game deserves it to be banned and declared sexist. No. Never.
