contrast ratio is the ratio of darks to lights. So, essentially, the larger the number to 1, the better contrast capability. A 3000:1 ratio would be much better than a 700:1 ratio, because the gap between lighter lights and darker darks is larger.
Ahh i see. I remember not liking SC2, and yah i played with Spawn, no doubt he's a bad@$$ character, but my real interest came from endless hours playing SC3 on the PS2 with my buddies.Â
I'm not gonna lie, I play the Halo games for the hype. Its hype is an undeniably large factor in the popularity of this game. I like the multiplayer, it's fun, I have high hopes for Halo 3, and it does look promising, so I give Halo the benefit of the doubt.Â
I have yet to find a more engaging fighting game than Soul Calibur 3. Friends and I consistently played that game for hours on end. It is too much fun.
I see see SC3 and Tekken 5 like i see Burnout and Gran Turismo/Forza, one is more free and has wider appeal, the other is more techical and withheld.
