[QUOTE="keiblerfan69"]Jarrett wins after Hebner pushes Cage off ladder. Cornette takes title from Jarrett as its goes off the air.

Despite what TNA seems to think, most people don't enjoy an overabundance of non-finishes in matches. This is a horrible horrible way to end the PPV and makes me glad I didn't order it.

Nash beat Sabin.....8 minutes.

sephy37

I thought the point of this storyline was not to bury Sabin, but actually make him look a lot better by beating Nash. What gives?

Well for one, Nash didn't beat him cleanly. Shelley crotched Sabin on an exposed buckle, and then Nash jacknifed him for the win. Secondly, I'm guessing that they plan on continuing this feud, hopefully with a few Shelley/Sabin matches somewhere down the line, and you can't really continue a feud if the heel loses the first match.

Gotcha.  Hearing how the match actually went helps the result make a little more sense.

I'm curious about the KOTM and 6-man X Division match, but those aren't even guaranteed to be good and the rest of the card looks weak. I'll pass this time.

6) BJ Whitmer and Jimmy Jacobs fought to a No-Contest. If you've seen Dragon Gate Challenge, you know the bump that nearly killed Jimmy.

Well, it was topped here. BJ went to powerbomb Jimmy from the top again and instead of losing his balance, he INTENTIONALLY threw Jacobs and himself over the ringside barricade and ended up with both crashing in the ringside area. Neither man could continue. I imagine this will lead to Danielson v. Jacobs v. Whitmer next week in Detroit because this match was for a title shot.

SICK.  Hopefully the match itself was pretty good, but regardless, it will be a must-see for this bump alone.  I just can't imagine what you have to be thinking to intentionally do something like that.  Falling that far off the turnbuckle, planned or not, is just scary.

I know this is me being very picky, but it just happened to catch my eye: On the card for the 6/24 show, you still have KENTA listed as the GHC Jr. Heavyweight Champion. Someone in this thread mentioned that he lost it.

Briscoes vs Strong and Evans II ought to be sensational. As good as their first match is (which I did eventually get, ROH's Customer Service is awesome), I think they are easily capable of topping it.The_Dude14

We can only hope. That match far exceeded any expectations I had for it even after hearing a good amount of praise, and Strong and Evans just seemed to work so naturally as a team. Oh, and the double-team moves they did were just sick.

By the way, that four corner survival match looks good as well. Any interaction between Nana and Delirious should be good fun.

Oh, and what exactly is this Ultimate Endurance match that they mention?
The_Dude14

A 4 Team Elimination Style Tag Match with different stipulations for each fall.

It is a match that has yet to reach its potential and with the possible teams that could be in it this time around, it could easily be the best match of its kind.

Gotcha.  That sounds pretty cool.

June 17th should be an awesome show without question. I know the first encounter between Whitmer and Jacobs was pretty mind-blowing with some of the bumps they took, so hopefully this one is even better (and no one gets hurt this time).
