"Tomb Raider was not always multiplat. Sony bought exclusivity on the first one for 2 years - keeping it off Nintendo and Sega consoles. And Angel of Darkness never even saw another console port."
You said "first" Tomb Raider not part 2 (or a "second" Tomb Raider). Don't try to backpedal now. You were wrong, just admit it. There is no shame in admitting when you are wrong about something, but there sure as hell is in trying to act like you were right when you were clearly wrong.
@7tizz: Wow you really don't take the time to read or look around do you. Tomb Raider 1 was released on the Saturn in 1996, same year as the PC and PSX version. You posted wiki info from Tomb Raider 2 when your above post mentioned the first one being exclusive to the PlayStation 1 console for 2 years.
You are backpedaling because you were dead wrong about the original being exclusive to a platform for 2 years. Anyone can challenge your gaming knowledge if they want since you don't take the time to verify how accurate you are. Just checking https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomb_Raider_%281996_video_game%29 will give you the full release date list of each version of Tomb Raider 1. And hey would you look at that, the Saturn version is the first one on the list, 1996 after all.
Oh and referring to me as "kid," really clever. I've been playing games for 25 years so I'm anything but a kid, but nice try though.
@7tizz: You need to get your facts straight. The original Tomb Raider was not kept off competing consoles like the Sega Saturn for two years. A simple google search would have told you that, so where you got your misinformation is beyond me.
@oflow Considering Sega still owns the IP and they did invest some money into Bayonetta 2 before Nintendo rescued it, you might be right. I personally won't bet money on Bayonetta 2 being available on any other console, but you just never know.
@meharu @Jay2528 @Metallicwolf29 I wounder if those things ever have real influence though. Well I guess it can not hurt right. I personally hope The Evil Within can fill my horror fix this year, but still no major reviews for that one at the moment.
@meharu @Jay2528 @Metallicwolf29 Right, they never brought over the Wii version of part 2, which still angers me. I hope they decide to bring this one over, but I will not hold my breath because I would probably die if I did.
